This is a video capture component.
VideoCap SDK ActiveX 7.0 is for the Windows platform including Windows 8. Windows developers who need to add video capture with Adobe Director, C++, C#, VB.net, VB, Delphi, VFP, and Access based applications can use this component. The trial version available from the developers is identical to a regular version. Thus, the evaluation could be really complete before you decide to adopt the tool in your work. The component package offers more than 60 video capture functions for you. Integration is really simple, so that development time could be quick. When you want to distribute an application, including this component, there is no need to pay any royalties. Any Windows development environment with .NET libraries or ActiveX components can be used. You would be able to use any of the programming tools such as Delphi 4 to Visual Studio 2010, RAD Studio (Delphi and C builder), Visual Basic 6, VBA, Visual C, Delphi, Visual FoxPro, PHP, ASP, XBasic, Microsoft Word, Excel & Access, RealBasic, WinDev, C#, J#, VB.NET and others. Features can be added later by upgrading the components. You can add overlay text/image, Output MPEG, MP4, FLV video or live streaming features to your application.
Video capture from web cam, capture card, TV Tuner to AVI or Streaming file format is possible. Picture in picture effect can be added. Mixing image file or mixing two video capture devices, adjustment of alpha channel and position of each video capture device or image is possible. Stream capture can be done through a range of devices. This is a very good tool.
